the governments online shopping source.... ya right . Try to give them a call do they even answer the phone , they wanna fax over packet that 85% of information is wrong , if you really would like government work just go to http://www.usa.gov/ and there is an a-z index of all agencies its free and they would be happy to hear what product or service you have and you can go after which ones are applicable.
Come on when are people gonna wise up why should it cost you money to get work from someone you pay taxes to anyway . SCAM SCAM SCAM
